CARE

The Buffed Up Collection is finished in polyester lacquer, a durable and high gloss surface designed for everyday use.

While hard wearing, lacquer can be susceptible to scratching. Take care to avoid contact with hard or sharp objects, and use protective pads beneath decorative pieces where possible.

For routine cleaning, wipe gently with a soft cloth and a wax free glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive materials or wax based products, as these may affect the clarity of the finish.

Minor surface marks may be eased with a specialist metal polish such as Duraglit or T Cut, followed by a wax free polish. Shipping Policy

Delivery: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days for samples, fabric and wallpaper. For all other items the delivery time is showing above.
Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.

Returns Policy

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
