To begin, we will discuss your requirements in detail, reviewing any drawings, photographs, or references you provide to help us visualise your project. If you have a budget in mind, sharing it at this stage will allow us to recommend the most suitable workshops, materials, and design approach.
You will receive an initial estimate within 10 working days.
Once you’re happy to proceed, we require a non-refundable design fee to create detailed perspectives and/or computer-generated drawings for your approval. Our quotation includes one round of amendments at this stage.
After final drawings are approved, we request a 50% deposit to begin production.
Throughout the making process, we will keep you updated and may consult you on key design details as your piece takes shape.
Four weeks before completion, we will issue the final invoice, factoring in any agreed adjustments to costs. The balance payment is required before delivery.
Once your commission is ready, it will be delivered by specialist fine art movers (if required), and we will provide a professional photograph for your records.
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of each commission, but we recommend allowing a minimum of 18 weeks.
