CARE

Stone Top
Natural stone is beautifully characterful but requires thoughtful care.

Use coasters beneath glasses, particularly those containing alcohol or citrus. Avoid contact with strongly coloured liquids, oils, solvents and acidic substances such as lemon juice or vinegar, as these may mark the surface.

Wipe spills promptly by blotting with a soft cloth. Avoid rubbing, which may spread the liquid. Clean with warm water and a mild, neutral detergent, then rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

Do not use abrasive pads, scouring products or strong household cleaners, including bleach, as these may damage the surface and compromise the seal. While sealed for protection, natural stone is not completely stain resistant.

Dust regularly with a clean, dry cloth, as grit and debris can scratch the surface. Avoid placing very hot items directly onto the stone. We recommend using trivets or protective mats.

Oak Frame
Dust gently with a soft or microfibre cloth. A good quality polish suitable for natural oak may be applied occasionally to nourish and maintain the finish.

Avoid dragging the piece, and take care to keep hard or sharp objects away from the frame to prevent knocks or scratches.

Shipping Policy

Delivery: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days for samples, fabric and wallpaper. For all other items the delivery time is showing above.
Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.

Returns Policy

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
