CARE

Brass
To preserve the depth and character of the brass, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh cleaners. If required, use a good quality household polish, applied sparingly and used consistently, to maintain the finish and protect its warmth over time.

Leather
Lightly wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth, taking care not to saturate the surface. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight or strong heat, allowing the leather to age naturally and develop a gentle patina.

Lampshade
The lampshade is made from card and finished with a complementary ribbon trim. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth or feather duster. Avoid moisture and cleaning products, as these may mark the surface or affect the trim. Position away from prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve its tone and integrity.

Shipping Policy

Delivery: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days for samples, fabric and wallpaper. For all other items the delivery time is showing above.
Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.

Returns Policy

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
