CARE

Our wallpapers should be handled with care during installation.

They are classed as spongeable. Adhesive may be gently wiped from the surface with a damp cloth or sponge at the time of hanging, provided this is done while the adhesive is still damp. They are not designed to have marks removed once dry and should not be scrubbed or washed.

We recommend installation by an experienced decorator familiar with varying site and atmospheric conditions. Site conditions are beyond our control, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the environment is suitable prior to hanging.

Shipping Policy

Delivery: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days for samples, fabric and wallpaper. For all other items the delivery time is showing above.
Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.

Returns Policy

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
